| Our Network Operations Technician is responsible for the monitoring of the communications network infrastructure, identifying incidents, outages, trends and forecasting future needs. Provides technical and administrative support for WAN/LAN using windows and Linux based operating systems and a variety of applications software.

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Working scans, insurance reports, EOB's, insurance correspondence to determine status of non-payment on existing claims.
2. Working insurance denials, adjustments, questionnaires, claim forms, medical fact letters and other insurance paperwork to prompt payment for clinical services delivered.
3. Re-filing and pulling denied EOB's for secondary insurance payment.
4. Pulling and copying medical charts to substantiate services delivered and answer outstanding insurance questions.
5. Provide customer service for patients, remote sites, and customer service reps.
6. Back-up support for other business office staff.
7. Provide back-up support for claims scrubber as needed.
8. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
