Job Details

A. Monthly productivity requirement of 85 billable hours, 255 per quarter.

B.   Provides services in a variety of domains: school setting, home setting and community setting.

C.   Collaborates with all child and family serving agencies that impact the child and family.

D.   Ensures family is empowered and that the child/youth is the central focus of treatment.           

E.   Provides a minimum of 60% of billable service delivery as off-site and roughly 40% as collateral.           

F.   Insures adequate service delivery to case load and effective documentation to medical necessity.            

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology or related field, or licensed as Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of Arkansas. Prefer at least one year experience providing mental health and or medical services. Must complete company mental health paraprofessional training and successfully complete exam.  Training will include CPR and TACT training.
